Absolutely everything about Royal Oaks is wonderful. The property is beautiful. The apartments are great and updated with high-quality products and they’re constantly offering something fun to the community. I love how the staff cares about pets too, any time I’ve seen them out they ask how my dogs are and even remember them by name. The staff goes above and beyond to make the complex feel like home and I’ve never lived somewhere that cared so much about their residents. I would recommend Royal

We have lived here for almost a year now and have loved it. It is safe, clean and really nice. The staff has gone above and beyond to fix any issues for us. Also - they are making a lot of improvements to the place. In the short time we've been here they've redone the gym, clubhouse, and we have received all new windows and doors. Bottom line: you will not find a nicer apartment with your own washer and dryer for this price anywhere else in the area.

Current resident. Neighbors are friendly. Maintenance is very responsive. Office is amazing. Surprisingly, considering dogs are allowed and my neighbors own dogs, I hardly ever hear them. I had one problem with a water heater on a Sunday—maintenance had responded and fixed the issue within 45 minutes of submitting the request. The apartment itself is nice. 2nd floor, love the fireplace, and it's definitely nice having an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as an independent furnace and central AC.
